NO MARK /SHIPPING MARK THAILAND CUSTOMS NOTICE

According to the Customs Act B.E. 2560 will be effective on 13-Nov-2017. Thai customs will fix and strict about mark/shipping mark show on cargo, they will ban for shipping docs and actual cargo  HAVE NO MARK
- The the words " NO MARK", "N/M" can be declared as shipping mark.
- On B/L body shipping mark, Never keep BLANK or EMPTY
- LCL mark must be indicated clearly as LCL (CONSOLE) CARGOES ARE MIXED VARIOUS CUSTOMER.

FYI,
Chapter 3, Section 59: Shipping Mark remained same as the Old Customs Act B.E. 2469 (Section 118). All packages containing goods shall bear marks and numbers, and such marks and numbers shall be shown on all documents relating to such goods.

Chapter 9, Section 211: The penalty charge remained same as the Old Customs Act B.E. 2469 (Section 119). Importer or exporter who do not provide marks and numbers or do not show marks and numbers on all related documents, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding THB 50,000.
