INDONESIA - New Import Regulation

Pls be to inform that custom office Belawan had a new regulation regarding documentation of import cargo.
Agent forwarders and shipping company must show the actual shipper and consignee on the manifest (same with packing list and invoice), if not consignee can't clear their cargo from custom authority.
